2010 Census: First Data Release

This morning, the U.S. Census Bureau will release the first population counts from the 2010 Census. Data to be released include population counts for the nation as a whole and each state, along with congressional apportionment totals.

The interactive map (below) permits users to track changes in population size, population, density, and congressional apportionment between 1910 and 2010.
